Recently published reports from two leading independent research firms rank PS’Soft-BDNA among the top IT Asset Life-cycle Management solutions providers worldwide, demonstrating the relevance of the company’s offering further to the merger.

Mountain View, 15 May 2009 - PS’Soft, a company of BDNA Corporation, secured strong positionning in reports from independent research firm Forrester Research and from ECPWeb, the analyst specialised in IT Asset and Service Management (ITASM).

PS’Soft was among the selected companies that Forrester invited to participate in its April 2009 report : The Forrester Wave™: IT Asset Life-Cycle Management, Q2 2009. Overall, Forrester cited PS’Soft as a leader in IT Asset Life-Cycle Management.

This report is released five months after the merger of PS’Soft and BDNA in December 2008 and illustrates the customer-value of the synergies between the two vendors, which allowed PS’Soft-BDNA to offer a complete IT Asset and Services Management solution with leading-edge asset inventory capabilities. “As BDNA has just recently completed its acquisition of PS’Soft, the two companies are strongly positioned to take their solutions to their respective installed bases. PS’Soft also achieved a remarkable performance in the latest report by ECPWeb, an influential American analyst specialized in IT Asset and Service Management (ITASM). The report was published in February and ranked the 35 top ITASM providers worldwide based on the following criteria:

o Depth of function, which refers to the quality and coverage of each function
o Breadth of features, which refers to the amount and diversity of functions provided
o Type of product, which categorizes solutions between single product, combined solution, and suite.

PS’Soft is very well positioned in each of these three areas, placing it in fifth position of ITASM providers. “Our ranking recognizes the synergy achieved by the combined PS’Soft and BDNA.
