NAPLES, FL, April 1, 2011 – Allen Systems Group (ASG) today announced that the company acquired PS’Soft SAS – a market-leading provider of IT Asset and Service Management software. This acquisition further solidifies ASG’s product strategy, designed to automate data center operations and strengthen customers’ ability to both manage and deliver IT services critical to business processes. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

PS'Soft IT Asset Management Next Generation (ITAMNG) is a comprehensive, integrated asset-management solution. Aligned on ITIL® best practices, it helps customers optimize the way they manage hardware and software resources.
