Training

PS'Soft has developed training curriculums and tools that are adapted to your varied training requirements: training of project teams before implementation, training of end users before production deployment, proficiency training for power users and system administrators, and crash training for new users.
Training is typically delivered in two levels: Proficient (level one) and Expert (level two). Depending on the nature of the training, we can deliver it on-site or in a classroom style setting in our offices.

Project Team Training

Our initial packaged training will provide your project team with essential knowledge of the solution so that they can effectively participate in project activities and system configuration. It is tailored to your project objectives and usually delivered on site.

End-User On-Site Training

PS'Soft has developed a training tool kit that can easily be used to build our customers' end-user training, before system go-live. It is usually role-, and/or function-based, and delivered on site. As required, our training professionals will customize the training to your unique requirements.

Classroom Training Courses

On an on-going basis, our customers can enroll their ITAM/ITSM team into scheduled classes that are focused on the different components of our solution.
